The Certified Process Professional (CPP) Program takes BPM Training to an entirely new level. This premier course is designed for those seeking professional skills in process management, process improvement, process alignment and innovation.
Our current program covers CPP Level 1, CPP Level 2 and CPP Level 3 over three in-class days and includes the online competency-based Certification for all three CPP Levels covered.

DAY ONE - CPP LEVEL 1
- Advanced Process Performance and Optimization Techniques for Existing Processes and Services
- Applies to ANY process or service regardless of how the process is documented
- Uses 4 steps of Customer Expectation Management (CEMM) to apply Process Diagnostics and identify Improvement Opportunities
- Includes techniques for determining Points of Failure and Causes of Work factors and Optimization States
- Uses multiple case studies in the training

DAY TWO - CPP LEVEL 2
- Process Alignment, Process Performance and Optimization Techniques
